We’re proud to share that Purbeck Insurance Services has been named MGA of the Year at the Insurance Times Claims Excellence Awards 2026- a landmark recognition of the claims philosophy that has shaped our business since day one.

This year’s awards, held on 12th June at The Brewery in London, saw a record number of entries from across the UK general insurance market. To be selected by an independent panel of expert judges in such a competitive field is a powerful endorsement of the work our team does every day to support SME directors when they need it most.

Since launching in 2017, we’ve supported more than 5,000 directors, safeguarding over £700 million of personal guarantee commitments.

Our proactive approach has delivered measurable results:

    • 75% of financially distressed businesses we support avoid making a claim entirely
    • Where a personal guarantee is called in, our specialist debt negotiators included as part of the policy- have achieved an average settlement reduction of 30%
