In order to help you, we have listed some simple events and circumstances in your policy that you should inform us of should they arise (a Policy Notification)

A Policy Notifications means the following events and circumstances:

i)

The Company receives a demand for repayment from a banking creditor, asset-based lending creditor, invoice financing creditor or private debenture holder, whether secured or unsecured;

ii)

The lender takes any steps to enforce the Personal Guarantee of if you have reason to believe that the lender is likely to take steps to enforce the Personal Guarantee;

iii)

The company defaults on any loan agreement with the lender;

iv)

A notice of intention to appoint an administrator is served on the company; 

v)

You intend to or are scheduled to meet with a licensed insolvency practitioner to discuss the company's affairs.
